- 베트남: 외국 지자체가 자신의 주민을 선정하여 한국 지자체에 추천

- 한 국: 외국인 계절근로자 유치신청 → 출입국 심사 → 배정심사협의회 배정 및 확정
(Korea: The Korean local government reviews the applications of foreign seasonal workers → Visa screening → Confirmation of participation in the seasonal business)

3) 한국 지자체가 계절근로자를 농가에 배정 후 초청절차(사증발급인정신청 및 발급)
The Korean local government applies for visa issuance for the seasonal workers and issues them (application for a visa issuance certificate and visa issuance)

4) 계절근로자가 입국한 후 농/어업 분야에 종사할 수 있으며 5~8개원 간 체류 가능하며 장기적으로 재초청 가능. (경우에 따라서는 4개월 연장이 가능 - 보증보험 필요)
After the seasonal workers enter Korea, they can work in agriculture/fishing for 5-8 months, with the possibility of re-entry. There is an option for a 4-month extension in certain cases (requires the necessary documents for re-entry).
