고용업체 자격 요건

Employer Qualifications

- 임금은 우리나라 근로기준법상 최저임금 기준 준수 (Must comply with the minimum wage standards according to local labor laws)
- 숙소 및 샤워 시설을 갖추고 있어야 하고 지자체에 숙소 점검 (Must have accommodations and facilities with proper local government connections)
- 산업재해보험 의무적 가입 (Must be enrolled in industrial accident insurance)
- 휴일은 매월 2일 이상 보장 (Must guarantee at least two days off per week)

제출 서류

Required Documents

- 비자 통합 신청서(Combined visa application form)
- 여권사본 및 사진, 출생증명서 (공증 및 번역 필요) Passport, photo, and birth certificate (must include notarized translation)
- 표준근로계약서 (Standard labor contract)
- 산재보험가입 증명 서류 (Industrial accident insurance enrollment documents)
- 계절근로참여신청서 (Seasonal worker visa issuance request)
- 고용주확인서 (Employment contract confirmation)
- 숙소 제공 및 거주제공확인서 (Proof of accommodation and residency)
- MOU 체결 결과서 등 (MOU agreement result, etc.)
