사증발급인정서 취득자를 위한 계절근로 비자(C-4, E-8) 신청 시 제출서류
Documents to be submitted when applying for a Working Visa (C-4, E-8) for holders of the Certificate of Visa Issuance

- 사증발급신청서 (사증발급인정번호, 발급일 기재)
Certificate of Visa Issuance (issued within 6 months, issuance date indicated)

- 여권, 여권용 사진 1매, 여권 앞면 사본 1장 (인적사항 부분)
Front and back of a passport-sized photo, front and back of passport, etc. (refer to embassy announcement)

- 건강진단서(사증발급 신청일로부터 6개월 이내에 발급, 지정병원 없음)
Health checkup certificate (must be issued within 6 months from the date of visa issuance application) - no restrictions on issuing hospital

- 결핵검사 결과서와 의사 진단서
Diagnosis and results signed by a doctor

- 외국 정부 발급 범죄경력증명서(E-8-1~4 비자 신청자만 해당, 사증발급 신청일로부터 3개월 이내에 발급.
Foreign government-issued criminal record certificate (Applicable only to E-8-1~4 visa applicants), Issued within 3 months from the date of visa application

- WHO가 승인한 코로나19 백신 접종 완료 증명서
WHO-approved COVID-19 vaccine certificate

- 수수료 및 처리기간
- Fees and duration* E-8 비자 : 현지 영사관 비자 발급 수수료 수납 후 근무일 기준 7일 (토, 일, 공휴일 제외)
E-8 visa: Submit a visa fee and application after receiving employment contract, within 7 days
